Article Processing Charges (APCs)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable to all accepted manuscripts; however, partial or full waivers may be granted to authors from low-income countries and for manuscripts demonstrating exceptional quality. Authors seeking a waiver must indicate their request at the time of submission in the cover letter.
